The charity project A taste for skiing takes place, all winter long, in various mountain restaurants in the Alta Badia ski arena and aims to bring fine cuisine directly to skiers.
The star chef Enrico “Chicco” Cerea has created a suitable dish that can be enjoyed here in the AMIRÉ Bistrot & Lounge.
